At SAMS FRAGRANCE SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the fragrance in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
