Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes, we guarantee that all products sold at SAMS FRAGRANCE SHOP are 100% authentic originals from the official designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.

How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?

To preserve the integrity of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom as temperature fluctuations can break down the essential oils.

What is your return policy for opened fragrances?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the continental United States. Due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids, we are working on specialized logistics to expand our reach soon.

What is the difference between EDP and EDT?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter for daytime wear.
